LEARN HOW TO SHOW UP FOR SOMEONE.

Mental Health First Aid gives people practical skills to recognize a mental health or substance use challenge, listen without judgment, and connect someone to appropriate support.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

CARE STARTS WITH
KNOWING HOW TO RESPOND.

Bring your team, school community, or organization together to learn how to recognize signs of a challenge and offer a supportive first response.

We are gathering interest for 2026 group training of five or more. Choose the course that fits your group; we will confirm instructor availability, format, dates, fees, and enrollment details with you.
