PRIVACY POLICY.
Last updated September 27, 2026
Therapy Is BAE respects your privacy. This page explains how this website handles information when you visit, use the mood check-in, or contact us. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@therapyisbae.org.
Information you choose to share
If you sign up for updates, Brevo receives the email address you enter and sends a confirmation link. You join the Therapy Is BAE website updates list only after clicking that link. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time. For Use Your Words registration requests, our website stores the name, email, and any optional contact details you provide in a private registration list. We use these details to coordinate the gathering, not to add you to the website updates list. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share during that contact.
The mood check-in
Your answers and typed reflections are processed in your browser to show your result. This website does not send those answers or reflections to Therapy Is BAE, create an account for you, or store a history of your results. If you choose Print or Save, your browser handles the resulting printout or PDF. Please use a private device if you are concerned that someone else may access a saved copy.
Website technology
The homepage uses browser session storage to remember that the check-in invitation was shown during that browsing session. The site loads the signup form from Brevo, fonts from Google, and some images from third-party hosts. Our hosting provider and those third parties may process technical information, such as an IP address or browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We do not currently place an advertising tracker in the site code.
Outside services
Links to donation, merchandise checkout, crisis support, therapist directories, and other external resources take you to other organizations' websites. Information you give those organizations is subject to their policies. Review the destination before submitting payment or personal information.
How we use information you send
We use messages you send to respond to your inquiry, provide requested updates, coordinate participation or partnerships, and maintain organizational records as needed. Do not send sensitive medical details through ordinary email. Email is not a crisis service.
Questions and updates
To ask about information you have sent us, contact info@therapyisbae.org. We may revise this page as the website or our practices change; the last-updated date will be revised when we do.
