About the event
Use Your Words: Break The Silence is a men-only mental health check-in created to give men a space to speak openly, reflect honestly, and connect without pressure.
Nearly 80% of suicide deaths in the United States are men. Many were taught to be strong, to endure, and to handle things on their own — but rarely taught how to process what they carry. Over time, silence can turn into isolation.
This space exists to change that.
Presented by Therapy is B.A.E. (Before Anything Else), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to the mental and emotional wellness of men and boys, this circle is moderated by Dr. Sid Jackson and designed to foster real conversation, discipline, accountability, and brotherhood.
